Vlamboog was founded in 1948.

Within the world of safety & welding, Vlamboog BV is known for being a manufacturer as well as a trading company, supplying hundreds of safety & welding distributors in the Benelux and over 40 other countries, from the United Arab Emirates to Norway, from South Africa to Russia. You will even find Vlamboog welding products in Australia and Argentina.

Being a medium sized company in its own, Vlamboog Safety & Welding is part of the Groeneveld-Intersafe division of the Holland-America Line investment group. This enables Vlamboog to combine its production & purchases with those of other companies in the group, strengthening Vlamboog as an extremely competitive import-export company as well as a manufacturer. Furthermore, Vlamboog is an official importer of brands such as Sperian, Strong Hand, Sumig, Moldex and Phoenix.

Vlamboog is an ISO 9001 certified company, since 1994.

Practically all of our catalogue articles are supplied from stock at our Hoofddorp warehouse facility.

Being well organized and customer focussed, we supply more than 96% of our orders within 24 to 48 hours.

VLAMBOOG BRANDS

Vlamboog distinguishes itself by its service level and its own brands.

We develop, manufacture and distribute a large range of welding products (consumables and non-consumables) and personal protection equipment. Some articles are being imported from Europe, the U.S.A. or Asia but Vlamboog also produces its own brands at its production facility in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands or abroad.

Vlamboog brands include Optimus, Samson, Progress and Victory electrode holders and welding sets, Flair gouging torches and gouging sets, Multi Vision automatic welding helmets and fresh air systems and Wearsafe/Weldsafe personal protection equipment.

All of our products comply with the strictest European legislations.

Vlamboogs very own research&development department ensures a continuous strive to optimize the working conditions, safety and comfort, and the productivity of the welders we serve.

Very large orders can be produced on demand.

We also supply our Vlamboog brands under private label, with your colours and with yoúr imprint.
